Shiatsu seminar from July 8 to 12, 2019
In the beginning many students were tense, had a blockage of their emotions, or even physical blockages. As the seminar progressed, with good finger pressure, good breathing and a meditative mind, the bodies became more flexible, more agile and well focused. At the end of the course most of the participants were able to feel an increase in their energy, and in addition they were more aware of their body.
